Returns after QC photos (before export)

Returns are a China-warehouse decision. Inspect the warehouse photos, then return or exchange while the item is still in China. Once the parcel is exported, sending it back is rarely economical.

Key takeaways
  • Use the warehouse QC set as the decision point — not spreadsheet thumbnails or someone else’s album.
  • Return or exchange only while the goods are still in the China warehouse.
  • Windows, seller rules, and handling lines live inside USFans. This index does not publish a no-questions return period.

What “after QC” actually means

After the seller’s parcel reaches USFans, the warehouse photographs your order. Item pages currently advertise 3–7 free HD shots. That set is for matching size, color, and obvious damage — not for proving authenticity or how a garment will fit your body. Read the QC photos guide before you open a return. If a needed angle is missing, ask for another photo first. A blurry tag is a recapture request, not automatically a refund.

USFans’ help navigation lists returns and refunds as their own cluster, separate from inspection rules and storage. Those are three different clocks. A photo set can look fine while a seller return window is already closed. Confirm all three on the order ticket, not on an affiliate FAQ.

Typical reasons to act before parcel submit

  • Wrong size tag, wrong colorway, or a different model than the live listing you pasted.
  • Visible damage: stains, unpaired shoes, crushed boxes, missing hardware, cracked puff print.
  • A missing accessory that the listing said was included.
  • A quantity mismatch — two items paid, one item photographed.

Screenshot the warehouse photos, the order line, and the live listing in one folder. Agents and sellers argue from records. A memory of “it looked darker on the spreadsheet” is not a record.

Defect vs change of mind

Buyer’s remorse (“I found a cheaper row”) is a different request from a defective or incorrect item. Seller return windows, restocking conditions, and agent handling fees are not the same thing. Some sellers only take returns for their own shipping errors. Some listings were never returnable. Confirm both the seller rule and the agent process in the ticket.

Do not assume a five-day no-questions policy because another agent advertised one, or because a Superbuy-style satellite page used that headline. This index will not invent a USFans remorse window. Confirm the current rule on the order ticket.

Who you are actually returning to

The goods go back to the Chinese seller, through the agent, not to this website. Domestic return postage inside China is usually small compared with international freight. That is why the decision has to happen in the warehouse. USFans can relay the dispute; it cannot force a Weidian shop to ignore its own return policy.

If the seller agrees to an exchange, you are often restarting the wait: new domestic inbound, new photos, same storage clock. If you already have other items ready, decide whether the rest of the haul should wait or ship without that line. See storage & consolidation.

After export is a different problem

Once you pay international freight and the carton leaves China, you are in destination customs and last-mile territory. Shipping the same item back to a Chinese warehouse usually costs more than the refund. If photos look wrong, stop before submit. “I’ll see how it looks in person” is how people fund a second inbound from Europe or the US.

If the photos look right and you are still adding finds, hold the line in storage instead of rushing a parcel. If the haul is complete, get the packed shipping quote and pay that bill only after you have accepted the photo set.

Current return, exchange, and photo-recapture rules sit in USFans help and your order ticket. If a page here and the ticket disagree, trust the ticket.
